Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered RegulationsIf, immediately before the repeal of the Defence Force Regulations 1952 , the Minister would have been able to require a member to pay an amount to the Commonwealth for treatment provided to the member under regulation 58E of those regulations, the Secretary may exercise the power in subsection 50(1) of this instrument as if the treatment had been provided under section 49 of this instrument.
