1982 No. 70 DRIED VINE FRUITS EQUALIZATION REGULATIONS - REG 11

11. Where-

   (a)  the Corporation is required, in pursuance of paragraph 18 (2) (c) or
        Part V of the Act, to pay an amount to a person; and

   (b)  the person has requested, in writing, that that amount, or that any
        such amounts that are payable to him, be paid to his agent, the
        Corporation shall pay that amount to that agent.
