1995 No. 22 EVIDENCE AND PROCEDURE (NEW ZEALAND) REGULATIONS - REG 6

No court fee payable for an application to set subpoena aside 
6. A fee is not payable by a person applying to a court under section 13 of
the Act to set aside a subpoena:

   (a)  for lodging or filing the application or any document in support of
        the application; or

   (b)  for hearing all or any part of the application.
