ELECTORAL AND REFERENDUM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 125 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Electoral and Referendum Regulations 1940 to align them with the access provisions contained in the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 (the Act), as amended by the Electoral and Referendum Amendment (Access to Electoral Roll and Other Measures) Act 2004 in July 2004.
