ELECTORAL AND REFERENDUM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 70 OF 2008) - NOTES

I, PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR, AC, CVO, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 and the Referendum (Machinery Provisions) Act 1984.
