1984 No. 287 ELECTORAL AND REFERENDUM REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 10

Postal ballot-paper received by Divisional Returning Officer or Assistant Returning Officer 
10. Regulation 45 of the Principal Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "sub-section (2) of section 92 of
        the Act" and substituting "sub-section 194 (3) or (4) of the Act or
        sub-section 66 (3) or (4) of the
        Referendum (Machinery Provisions) Act"; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (1) (iv) and substituting the following
        paragraph:



"(iv) advise that Divisional Returning Officer in writing of the despatch of
that envelope.".
