1984 No. 287 ELECTORAL AND REFERENDUM REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 12

Postal ballot-paper taken from ballot-box-action by Assistant Returning Officer

12. Regulation 47 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:



"(d) advise that Divisional Returning Officer in writing of the total number
of envelopes bearing postal vote certificates enclosed in the outer cover so
forwarded to him.".
