1982 No. 355 EXPORT CONTROL (ORDERS) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. Where an order made under these Regulations provides that the order or a
provision of the order is a penal provision, a person who contravenes or fails
to comply with that order or provision, as the case may be, is guilty of an
offence against these Regulations and is punishable, upon conviction, by a
fine not exceeding $1,000.
