1983 No. 307 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 3 of the Export Control (General) Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the definition of "meat";

   (b)  by omitting ", the Exports (Honey) Regulations and the Exports (Meat)
Regulations" from the definition of "repealed regulations" in sub-regulation
(1) and substituting "and the Exports (Honey) Regulations"; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-regulation (3) ", the Exports (Honey) Regulations
        or the Exports (Meat) Regulations" and substituting "or the Exports
        (Honey) Regulations".
