1984 No. 31 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4
Modifications of the Exports (Fish) Regulations
4. Regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting from paragraph (c) "and"; and
(b) by adding at the end thereof the following paragraphs:
"; (e) 'and' were omitted from sub-paragraph 18 (2) (b) (ii) of those
Regulations; and
(f) paragraph 18 (2) (c) of those Regulations were omitted.".
