1985 No. 37 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 8
Notice of intention to export prescribed goods
8. Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph
(b) and substituting the following paragraph:
"(b) in the case of prescribed goods that are canned or frozen fruit, canned
or frozen vegetables, dried fruit, fruit juice or fruit pulp-shall be
furnished not less than 3 clear working days before the day on which it is
intended to export the goods; and".
