EXTRADITION (COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES) REGULATIONS 2010 (SLI NO 154 OF 2010)

- Description:These Regulations repeal the Extradition (Commonwealth Countries) Regulations 1998 and remove the Cook Islands, Kiribati, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu from the extradition countries listed.
