Prescribed allowances-appointed members
4. For the purposes of paragraph 37 (1) (b) of the Act, the allowances payable
to an appointed member who performs duties outside Australia are the
allowances payable in similar circumstances to the Secretary of a Department
of the Australian Public Service.
