1979 No. 58 EXPORTS (FRESH FRUIT) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Regulation 4 of the Exports (Fresh Fruit) Regulations is amended-
    (a)  by inserting after the definition of " blemish " in sub-regulation
(1) the following definition:



" ' cell pack ' means a package that is equipped with fillers and pads forming
individual cells; ";

   (b)  by inserting after the definition of " sound " in sub-regulation (1)
        the following definition:



" ' telescopic cell pack ' means a cell pack and a lid that fits over and
covers the sides and ends of the cell pack; "; and

   (c)  by inserting after the definition of "the Secretary" in sub-regulation
        (1) the following definition:



";' tray pack ' means a package that is equipped with trays.".
