1994 No. 457 EXPORT INSPECTION AND MEAT (ESTABLISHMENT REGISTRATION CHARGES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. Schedule 1 (Registration charges for non-meat establishments)

4.1 After item 10, insert:

"10A
An establishment engaged in the processing or packing of dairy produce for
export, being an establishment that:

   (a)  is owned by a corporation; or

   (b)  is owned by, or is part of, a co-operative; that exported more than
        2000 tonnes of dairy produce in the preceding financial year
$3100.00"
