3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Rates of charge-non-meat establishments

"6. (1) For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, the rate of charge in
relation to the registration of a non-meat establishment of a kind specified
in column 2 of an item in Schedule 1 is the rate, for each year of
registration, specified in column 3 of that item.

"(2) If a kind of non-meat establishment is specified in more than one item in
column 2 of Schedule 1, the rate of charge is the higher or highest of the
rates specified in column 3 for those items.". (Note: The heading to
regulation 7 is taken to be omitted and the following heading substituted:

"Rates of charge-meat establishments".)
