3. Schedule 1 (Registration charges for non-meat establishments)
3.1 Omit the Schedule, substitute:

REGISTRATION CHARGES FOR NON-MEAT ESTABLISHMENTS
PART 1-ESTABLISHMENTS DEALING WITH FISH OR FISH PRODUCTS

3 An establishment that is: 1,550
(a) a vessel at least 15 metres in length at
the waterline used for processing, or
processing and packing, fish or fish
products for export; or
(b) a land-based establishment (other than an
establishment mentioned in item 5)
registered for multi-line processing of,
or processing and packing, fish or fish
products for export
4 A land-based establishment (other than an 1,350
establishment mentioned in item 5) registered
for single-line processing of, or processing
and packing, fish or fish products for export
5 A land-based establishment registered for 1,000
preparing live fish or partial processing of
fish or fish products (other than freezing or
final packing)
6 Any establishment not mentioned in item 1, 2, 600
3, 4, or 5 that is a vessel associated with
the partial preparation of fish or fish products
(other than freezing or final packing)

packing dairy produce for export, that:
(a) exported less than 2000 tonnes of dairy
produce in the preceding financial year;
and
(b) either:
(i) is owned by a corporation; or
(ii) is owned by, or is part of, a
co-operative
8 Any establishment that is not a vessel or is 480
not associated with preparing, storing or
inspecting processed fruit or processed
vegetables for export
