EXPORT INSPECTION (QUANTITY CHARGE) AMENDMENT (PRESCRIBED GRAIN) REGULATION 2014 (SLI NO 121 OF 2014) - SCHEDULE 1

Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Regulations 1985

1  Regulation 1 (heading)

Repeal the heading, substitute:

1   Name of Regulations

2  Regulation 1

Omit "These regulations", substitute "These Regulations".

3  Regulation 2

Repeal the regulation, substitute:

2   Definitions

                   In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Act 1985 .

"prescribed grain" has the same meaning as in the Export Control (Plants and Plant Products) Order 2011 .

3   Rates of charge--prescribed grain

                   For subsection 7(1) of the Act, the rate of charge in respect of prescribed grain is 11 cents for each tonne or part of a tonne.
