3. Regulations 4 and 5 of the Principal Regulations are repealed and the
following regulation is substituted: Prescribed export permit

"4. For the purposes of the definition of 'prescribed export permit' in
sub-section 3 (1) of the Act, an export permit in force under regulation 22 of
the Export Control (General) Regulations in relation to the export of eggs is
declared to be a prescribed export permit.".
