3. After regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is
inserted: Prescribed office

"2AA. For the purposes of the definition of 'prescribed office' in subsection
3 (1) of the Act, the principal offices of the Department in Canberra, Sydney,
Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Darwin are prescribed.".
