1988 No. 23 EXPORT INSPECTION CHARGES COLLECTION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 5
5. After regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is
inserted: Subsection 11 (3) of the Act: prescribed amount
"4A. For the purposes of subsection 11 (3) of the Act, the amount of $1,000 is
prescribed.".
