3. Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted: Interpretation

"2. In these Regulations:
'prescribed month', in relation to the registration of an establishment, has
the same meaning as in the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration
Charges) Regulations;
'the Act' means the Export Inspection Charges Collection Act 1985.".
