3. Regulation 4 (Imposition of charge)
3.1 Omit paragraphs (aa), (a) and (b), substitute:
"(a) dairy produce;
(b) dried tree fruit (other than prunes);
(c) dried vine fruit;
(d) eggs;
(e) fish.".
