3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Imposition of charge

"4. The following prescribed commodities are specified for the purposes of
subsection 6 (1) of the Act:

   (a)  dairy products;

   (b)  dried fruits;

   (c)  fish;

   (d)  eggs;

   (e)  processed fruit;

   (f)  processed vegetables.".
