1986 No. 252 EXPORT INSPECTION (ESTABLISHMENT REGISTRATION CHARGE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. The Schedule to the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charge)
Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in Item 3 ", other than an operation in respect of which
an establishment referred to in Item 8A is registered" after "meat"; and

   (b)  by inserting after Item 8 the following item:
"8A    Establishment registered for operations associated with

the preparation of poultry meat other than the slaughter
or killing of poultry or the dressing of poultry
carcases ............................................. 200".
