1986 No. 252 EXPORT INSPECTION (ESTABLISHMENT REGISTRATION CHARGE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. The Schedule to the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charge)
Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from Item 7 "$900" and substituting "$940";
(b) by inserting in Item 9 "not being a vessel" after "establishment" (second
occurring); and

   (c)  by adding at the end the following item:
"10    Any other establishment or class of establishment being

a vessel .............................................. 340".
