1991 No. 175 EXPORT INSPECTION (ESTABLISHMENT REGISTRATION CHARGES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

  3.1   Insert the following definitions:


"'Export Control Orders' means the Export Control (Fresh Fruits and
Vegetables) Orders;
'fresh fruits' means fruits declared to be prescribed goods in the Export
Control Orders as in force on 1 July 1991;
'fresh vegetables' means vegetables declared to be prescribed goods in the
Export Control Orders as in force on 1 July 1991;
'plant products' means plant products to which the Grain, Plants and Plant
Products Orders, as in force on 1 July 1991, apply;
'plants' means plants to which the Grain, Plants and Plant Products Orders, as
in force on 1 July 1991, apply;".
