1992 No. 252 EXPORT INSPECTION (ESTABLISHMENT REGISTRATION CHARGES) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 4 (1): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"4. (1) The following prescribed commodities are specified for the purposes of
subsection 6 (1) of the Act:

   (a)  dairy products;

   (b)  dried fruits;

   (c)  fish;

   (d)  fresh fruits;

   (e)  fresh vegetables;

   (f)  plant products;

   (g)  plants;

   (h)  poultry meat;

   (i)  processed fruit;

   (k)  processed vegetables.".
3.2 After subregulation 4(1), insert:

"(1A) For the purposes of section 6 of the Act, in relation to the
registration or the transfer of registration of premises as an establishment
for the processing or packing of dairy products, dried fruit, fish, processed
fruit or processed vegetables, the charge for an application for:

   (a)  the registration of an establishment- is $330.00; or

   (b)  the transfer of registration of an establishment- is $330.00.".
