5. Schedules 1 and 2
5.1 Omit the Schedules, substitute:

referred to in item 1, associated with the
processing or packing of dried fruit
5 An establishment that is:< $1080.00
(a) a vessel, except a vessel referred
to in item 1 having a length of
more than 15 metres at the waterline,
used for processing or packing products
for export
(b) a land based establishment registered
for single line operations associated
with processing or packing of scallops,
roe, scale and fin fish for export; or

processing or packing of butter, eggs
or casein for export

for simultaneous multi-line processing or
packing of fish, dairy products, processed fruit
or processed vegetables for export

associated with the slaughter or killing
of poultry or the dressing of poultry
carcasses.
9 An establishment registered for operations $480
associated with the preparation of poultry
meat other than the slaughter or killing of
poultry or the dressing of poultry carcasses
10 An establishment associated with the $346.00
preparation, storage or inspection of fresh
fruits and fresh vegetables for export
11 An establishment associated with the $346.00
preparation, storage or inspection of
plants
12 Any other establishment (or class of $480.00
establishment) that is not a vessel.
