Omit "India".

Extradition (Physical Protection of Nuclear Material) Regulations 1988

Insert:

"Physical Protection Convention has the same meaning as in the Nuclear Non" - Proliferation (Safeguards) Act 1987 .

3  Regulation 2 (definition of the Physical Protection Convention )

Repeal the definition.

4  Regulation 2

Insert:

"Physical Protection Convention has the same meaning as in the Nuclear Non" - Proliferation (Safeguards) Act 1987 .

5  Paragraph 2B(1)(h)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

                     (h)  Article 7 of the Physical Protection Convention.
