1988 No. 287 EXTRADITION (REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. The Act applies in relation to the Republic of Austria subject to the
Treaty between Australia and the Republic of Austria concerning Extradition
that came into force on 6 February 1975 (being the treaty a copy of the
English text of which is set out in Schedule 1) as amended by the Protocol
between Australia and the Republic of Austria amending that Treaty that came
into force on 1 February 1987 (being the protocol a copy of the English text
of which is set out in Schedule 2).
