1990 No. 136 EXTRADITION (REPUBLIC OF ITALY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted: Application of Act

"4. The Act applies in relation to the Republic of Italy subject to the Treaty
of Extradition Between Australia and the Republic of Italy done at Milan on 26
August 1985 (being the treaty a copy of the English text of which is set out
in the Schedule).".
