1988 No. 295 EXTRADITION (REPUBLIC OF PORTUGAL) REGULATIONS - REG 4
Application of Act
4. The Act applies in relation to the Republic of Portugal subject to the
Treaty on Extradition between Australia and the Republic of Portugal that came
into force on 29 August 1988 (being the treaty a copy of the English text of
which is set out in the Schedule).
