- Description:These Regulations amend the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000 to repeal the requirement for the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority to obtain the Minister's advice in relation to actions authorised by a permit or authority under the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 if it has, will have, or is likely to have a significant impact on the environment.
