ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION REGULATIONS 2000 2000 NO. 181 - REG 12.13

Damaging etc heritage
A person must not, in a Commonwealth reserve, damage, deface, move, possess or interfere with heritage.

Penalty:
50 penalty units.
