ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION REGULATIONS 2000 2000 NO. 181 - REG 12.39

Collections
A person must not, in a Commonwealth reserve, collect money or goods as gifts from members of the public.

Penalty:
10 penalty units.
