(1)

A person must not, except with the authority of the Director:

(a)

install in or near a parking area a device that is likely to be mistaken for a voucher machine; or

(b)

attach or affix anything to or place anything on, or stand anything against, a voucher machine.

Penalty:
3 penalty units.

(2)

An offence against this regulation is a strict liability offence.
