Other continuing matters
(1)
A licence suspended, immediately before the commencement of these Regulations, under subregulation 52 (1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Regulations is taken to be suspended under regulation 17.12 for the remaining period of the suspension.

(2)
Subregulation (3) applies to an infringement notice:

(a)
served under subregulation 66 (3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Regulations; and

(b)
for which the prescribed penalty was not paid at the commencement of these Regulations.

(3)
The infringement notice is taken to have been served under these Regulations and may be enforced as if the offence mentioned in the infringement notice were an offence against these Regulations.

(4)
A reconsideration by the Director under regulation 75 of

the National Parks and Wildlife Regulations that has not

been finalised before the commencement of these Regulations is to be carried on as if it were a reconsideration under Division 14.3.
