- The bilateral agreement must provide that documentation about each
assessment made under the manner of assessment specified in the agreement must
be made available to the public.
- (2)
- However, the bilateral agreement may
provide that access to relevant documents may be restricted if it would not be
available if the action to which the bilateral agreement applies had been
assessed under Part 8 of the Act by the Commonwealth.
