ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION REGULATIONS 2000 2000 NO. 181 - REG 8.07

Touching and sudden movements
A person must avoid:

(a)
touching a cetacean; or

(b)
making sudden movements when within 2 metres of a cetacean.

Penalty:
50 penalty units.
