1987 No. 28 EXCISE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Interpretation 
1. Regulation 2 of the Excise Regulations is amended by omitting from
subregulation (1) the definition of "spirituous beverage" and substituting the
following definition:

" 'spirituous beverages' means-

   (a)  liqueurs; or

   (b)  spirituous beverages,
that are excisable goods;".
