1987 No. 29 EXTRADITION (NORWAY) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. (1) The Act applies in relation to Norway subject to the Treaty between
Australia and Norway concerning Extradition done at Oslo on 9 September 1985
(being the treaty a copy of the English text of which is set out in the
Schedule).

(2) Sub-regulation (1) shall be read and construed as being in addition to,
and not in derogation of, any other regulation under the Act making provision
in respect of the application of the Act in relation to Norway.
