1988 No. 294 EXTRADITION (NORWAY) REGULATIONS - REG 4
Application of Act
4. The Act applies in relation to Norway subject to the Treaty between
Australia and Norway concerning Extradition that came into force on 2 March
1987 (being the treaty a copy of the English text of which is set out in the
Schedule).
