EXTRADITION (AVIATION) REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 92 OF 2009) - REG 4

Definitions

                In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Extradition Act 1988 .

"Hague Convention" has the same meaning as in the Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991 .

"Montreal Convention" has the same meaning as in the Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991 .

"Protocol" has the same meaning as in the Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991.
