EXCISE REGULATION 2015 (SLI NO 38 OF 2015) - REG 29

                   For subsection 61D(2) of the Act, if permission is given, the permission has effect:

                     (a)  starting on the day when the permission is given; and

                     (b)  for the period specified in the permission.
