EXTRADITION (PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA) REGULATIONS 2017 (F2017L00185) - REG 5
Declaration of the People's Republic of China as an extradition country
For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of extradition
country in section 5 of the Act, the People's Republic of China is
declared to be an extradition country.
