EDUCATION SERVICES FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 96 - REG 5.01

Procedures of the Contributions Review Panel

For subsection 57 (2) of the Act, the following procedures apply to the Panel:

(a)
the Chair of the Panel must preside at all meetings of the Panel;

(b)
a quorum for a meeting of the Panel is the Chair and 6 other members of the Panel.
