1988 No. 298 EXTRADITION (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) REGULATIONS - REG 4
Application of Act
4. The Act applies in relation to the United States of America subject to the
Treaty on Extradition between Australia and the United States of America that
came into force on 8 May 1976 (being the treaty a copy of the text of which is
set out in the Schedule).
