EXPLOSIVES TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2002 2002 No. 92 - REG 17
Carriage of exemptions in vehicles
Sections 8.2.7 and 8.2.8 of Chapter 8 of the AE Code apply in relation to an
exemption under regulation 16 as if a reference to a shipping document in
those sections were a reference to the exemption.
