EXPLOSIVES TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2002 2002 No. 92 - REG 20
Transport of unauthorised Commonwealth explosives prohibited
A person must not transport
unauthorised Commonwealth explosives
, or permit
unauthorised Commonwealth explosives
to be transported, by road or rail.
Note
Penalties for a contravention of this regulation are set by section 20 of the Act.
